ARTICULO CIENTO SETENTA BIS.

Vigente

EL COMANDANTE DE AERONAVE MILITAR QUE INCUMPLIERE LAS NORMAS, ÓRDENES O INSTRUCCIONES RELATIVAS A LA NAVEGACIÓN AÉREA O AL PLAN DE VUELO DE UNA AERONAVE MILITAR, Y PUSIERE EN RIESGO LA VIDA O LA SEGURIDAD DE LAS PERSONAS, O PUSIERE EN PELIGRO LA PROPIA AERONAVE, SERÁ CASTIGADO CON LA PENA DE UNO A SEIS AÑOS DE PRISIÓN E INHABILITACIÓN DEFINITIVA PARA EL MANDO DE AERONAVES MILITARES.
