EL TITULAR DEL HOGAR FAMILIAR ESTA OBLIGADO A CUIDAR DE QUE EL TRABAJO DE SUS EMPLEADOS SE REALICE EN LAS DEBIDAS CONDICIONES DE SEGURIDAD E HIGIENE . LA DEFICIENCIA GRAVE DE ESTAS OBLIGACIONES SERA JUSTA CAUSA DE DIMISION DEL EMPLEADO.
