Dt único se regula la relación laboral de carácter especial de las personas que intervengan en operaciones mercantiles por cuenta de uno o más empresarios, sin asumir el riesgo y ventura de aquéllas

EN EL PLAZO DE SEIS MESES, A PARTIR DE LA ENTRADA EN VIGOR DEL PRESENTE REAL DECRETO, LOS EMPRESARIOS Y TRABAJADORES COMPRENDIDOS EN SU AMBITO DE APLICACION DEBERAN ADAPTAR SUS CONTRATOS A LAS PREVISIONES EN EL CONTENIDAS.
